1. All prices do not include applicable taxes, freight and insurance. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Prices, promotions, offers and terms & conditions of sales are subject to change without notice. Errors and omissions expected. While quantity last.
3. Payment - All sales are to be prepaid or C.O.D. by cash, certified cheques, certified cheques or bank transfer. Preprinted company cheques will be accepted upon credit approval. Bank counter cheques and/or personal cheques are not accepted. Please click here for details.
4. The title of goods remains with ELCO SYSTEMS until full payment is received. 2% monthly interest will be charged on all overdue account.
5. All returned cheques are subject to $25.00 handling charge.
6. Shipping - All shipments are F.O.B. our warehouse. Freight and insurance are the responsibility of the customer(s). All shipments will be insured at the customer's expense unless written pre-advice is forwarded to us. Customers must report any shipping shortages and damages to the courier company and ELCO immediately. All shipments will be sent by courier ground unless otherwise specified by the customer(s). All backorders will be shipped courier ground collect unless otherwise specified by the customer(s).
7. Warranty - Unless specified otherwise, all products are sold with a one-year parts and labour warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Warranty will be void if product is found to be damaged by accident, misuse, misapplication or as a result of service rendered other than by authorized personnel of ELCO. This warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse or physical damages via shipping or by the customer. There is no implied warranty that products will fit any particular purpose. ELCO will not, whether expressed or implied, be liable for any damages resulting from the use of our products.
8. All warranty returns will be subject to the RMA Policy and Procedures.
